Guests must check-in between 2:30 and 20:00 and check-out between 11:00 and 11:30.
A deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions outlined below. Payments by cash, PayPal, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard. American Express (additional 2% surcharge)
If a booking is cancelled less than sixty (60) days before arrival then there will be a charge of $100 per booking. Bookings cancelled less than thirty (30) days before arrival are not refunded and charged the full booking amount. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.
